The Organ Case was designed by Jacob van Campen, assisted by the well-known
Dutch painter Saenredam. Numerous famous organbuilders have been working on the
organ.

Hagerbeer, Levinus Eekmans
- 1685: modified by Duyschot
- 1723 - 1725: restoration, renewal and enlargement by Frans Caspar Schnitger
- 1782: modifications by Johan Strumphler
- 1823: modifications by A. van Gruisen
- 1854: modifications by C.F.A. Naber
- 1940 - 1949: restoration by Flentrop according to the disposition of
Schnitger
